  • Senators get 18% of the remaining 92% on ops they FC.
  • Any loot/salvage goes into corp buyback.
  • After buyback: 92% of that value is split evenly among all pilots on the op, including the Senator.
  • No cap on number of ops you can run.
  • Extra op / danger pay at CEO discretion.

Combat leadership role for Sons of Ores fleets: you form, FC, keep the wormhole city safe, and deliver profitable ops.

Responsibilities

  • Form & FC corp / alliance fleets
  • Maintain hole / system security
  • Run approved doctrines & comps
  • Ping / op scheduling for TZ
  • Target calling & escalation
  • Briefing & debriefing pilots
  • Teach / mentor junior FCs
  • Submit AARs to command
  • Coordinate with industry/logi
  • Protect wormhole assets / POS

Pay / payout rules

  • Corp takes 8% of all fleet income first.
  • FC gets 16% of the remaining 92% on fleets they FC.
  • All loot & salvage goes to corp buyback.
  • After buyback: 92% of loot value is split evenly among all pilots on the op, including the FC.
  • CEO can bonus special or high-risk ops.

Leads industrial and logistics fleets, coordinates escorts, keeps the wormhole safe during extraction, and represents Sons of Ores to allied industry groups.

Responsibilities

  • Form & FC industrial fleets
  • Mining / gas / PI ops control
  • Logistics & hauling routes
  • Escort / combat cover requests
  • Doctrine & fittings compliance
  • Wormhole security during ops
  • Exit / connection scouting
  • Op scheduling by time zone
  • Report yields to command
  • Train junior industrial FCs

Pay / payout rules

  • Corp takes 8% of all industrial fleet income first.
  • Industrial FC gets 16% of the remaining 92% on fleets they FC.
  • All ore / gas / loot goes to corp buyback.
  • From buyback: 92% of that value is split evenly among all pilots on the op, including the IFC.
  • CEO may bonus special / risky extractions.

FC-in-training: runs supervised or lower-risk ops, learns doctrine and comps, and promotes to full Fleet Commander on Senator approval.

  • Lead supervised fleets
  • Home defense support
  • Run approved corp doctrines
  • Op pings & attendance
  • AAR / VOD review with FCs
  • Alliance / corp representation
  • Assist senior FCs on big ops
  • Train-up on escalation calls

Pay / payout rules

  • Corp takes 8% of all fleet income first.
  • Lt. FC gets 12% of the remaining 92% on fleets they FC (supervised / approved).
  • All loot & salvage goes to corp buyback.
  • From buyback: 92% of that value is split evenly among all pilots on the op, including the Lt. FC.
  • On promotion to full FC: rate increases to 16% (same as FC track).

Enforcer — Sons of Ores

One role: eyes, sigs, rolls, hunts. Enforcers keep the wormhole watched, kill targets of opportunity, and report intel that lets FCs and industry run safely.

Responsibilities

  • Live WH / signature scanning
  • Inside & outside door eyes
  • Target hunting & first tackle
  • BS / HIC rolling support
  • Door / sig enforcement (roll trash)
  • Silent intel drops to corp
  • Escort / extraction scouting
  • Chain upkeep for FCs / industry

Pay / incentives

  • Base: paid from corp security pool (eyes share — e.g. 2% daily).
  • Intel bonus: if your scan / eyes created the op → +10–20M from corp.
  • Roll bonus: +5–10M from corp for rolling bad / unsafe doors.
  • In fleet: you also get normal 92% fleet payout like everyone else.
  • Performance: more intel & more rolls = higher end-of-day share.
  • CEO discretion: Commander may award extra ISK / assets for exceptional defense, long watches, or saves.
